Create flows: - Session on Adding Flows, select plus at the bottom right corner to Add a Flow or you can simply choose from pre-built templates and also customize your own forms according to your business needs. Design your structure and forms using drag and drop nodes. You can find a respective form where you can enter/edit the details. If the agent meets the given criteria, the flow continues. If it doesn't, it says unmatched and sends a notification. These nodes are then directed to the review phase, where the agent is notified that the owner's email has been successfully verified. - For example, to send a form to a group of employees for an appraisal, go to Create Forms or you can also Custom and edit/delete nodes as needed. - You can create a flow by sending a form, waiting for a response, setting a delay, sending an email, reviewing it, and sending a notification. Once the flows are created, you can sort them in a list or grid view.
